The project of decorating Skyeng's office in Cyprus

Anna Mishina, a designer, approached me regarding her project for the SkyEng office. SkyEng specializes in online English language education. Anna created a beautiful and functional space with minimal changes to the rented premises, mindful of the client's budget. However, the interior lacked details. There was a desire to add decor and art to enhance the space.

A Cyprus-based IT company approached us with an unusual request. They had spent 20,000 euros on a sign that failed to make the desired impression. Despite the delay, they decided to seek our expertise to computer-model a new sign before proceeding with manufacturing.

The interior design project for Octopays' office in Cyprus

The Octopays company was located on the 3rd floor of an office building with a large terrace. All rooms were painted in a neutral white colour - like most commercial premises for rent. The task was to add bright details and art to the office, which would emphasise the company's dynamism, ambition and innovative spirit, without changing the existing layout.

The space is designed for friendly meetings, featuring a sofa and a cluster of chairs. The goal is to inspire and energize for new plans. Iconic design pieces are used in the interior, such as the black-and-white 7pillows chair, to surprise and inspire guests.

The office of the construction company SEM in St. Petersburg

A construction company based in St. Petersburg approached me. The director is a charismatic middle-aged man who leads an active lifestyle, runs marathons, is passionate about self-improvement, and has a good understanding of modern art and photography. He wanted the interior of his office to be minimalist yet memorable.

Brief

To avoid misunderstandings and rework we have developed our own system: brief + picture test. The brief gives you an understanding of what you want to get, the picture test clarifies how you see it.

Concept development

Work on any project starts with a concept. We make a collage showing the style and possible colour options for your interior. We get feedback from you and either start working out the idea in more detail, or abandon it and go back to the previous step - the brief.

Project work

Depending on the tasks, there will be different compositions of the project.
Most often it is:
+ package of necessary drawings
+ sketches or 3D visualisations
+ list of finishing materials

Procurement management

Interior is a system in which all elements are interconnected. When the customer decorates the interior by himself, he does not know what can be changed without losing the quality.

We are responsible for what we do and therefore we only take projects with realisation.

To save your time, we will request quotations from several suppliers, make the best selection for you in terms of price/quality ratio, and come to the site with samples so that you can make a quick decision. We will assign you a project manager to follow up all deliveries.

Facility decoration

We will fully prepare your property for moving. You will not have to unpack boxes with decor and think about where to put it. The decorator will select all the necessary details: bed linen, crockery, bathroom accessories, arrange the décor in shelving units, and make sure the art is hung.
